What if I need to change my email?
No problem! Click the respective link above to go into your membership and adjust your email.
What if I forgot my password?
No problem! You’ll see ‘Forgot Password?’ when you get to the login page of the respective site – try that first. If you’re still having an issue just reach out to he***@th*************.com and we’ll get you sorted.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem – you’re in control! If you purchased a $5/month subscription to the Internship Job Board you can cancel your subscription anytime in your account dashboard at jobs.thesportsintern.com. You’ll still have full access to the job board for the remainder of the month you’ve already paid for.
Because the product is digital and access is delivered instantly, we’re unable to offer refunds for completed billing periods.
If you ever believe you were charged in error, please contact us at he***@th*************.com for a quick resolution. Filing a chargeback slows the process and may delay your access.
